COVID-19

We are writing with heavy hearts to inform you that our wedding reception will have to be rescheduled to a later date. Unfortunately, the province of Ontario has indefinitely extended the Covid restrictions for Phase 3 making it impossible for us to host a reception for all of you in the manner that we would wish. We are planning to have an event next year to which you will all be invited. We will keep you informed with further details as they solidify.

We shall still be wed on Oct 1st at 2:00 pm at St Anselm’s Catholic Church in Toronto, but there will be no organized celebration afterwards. That being said, anyone who would like to come is more than welcome to attend the ceremony. We do intend to livestream the Mass for those who cannot attend and will share information on that in the upcoming weeks.

Once again, we are deeply sorry that we are unable to celebrate our marriage with all of you, our closest family and friends. We would like to thank each of you for the role you have played in bringing us to this joyous place, the commencement of and public commitment to our shared vocation. While we will be leaving for Peru shortly after our marriage, we intend to be as social as is legally and ethically permissible prior to our departure.
